Duchesne

Rooms are bigger than upper rooms. Good community with perspectives LLC, green space right outside the front door, easy parking for parents dropping stuff off. - 4 years ago

Hardey
based on 2 reviews
Definitely the best location on Newton, and Newton is the best freshman campus, so it really doesn't get better than this. Marco the RD is a great guy. - 4 years ago

Reservoir
based on 3 reviews
Far from campus, but if you’re a junior you’re living in the off campus neighborhood which is a plus. Quality is great, rooms are comfortably carpeted and clean, modern building. Only cons are the distance, and one bedroom in 4 person apts is way smaller. - 4 years ago

Ninety St. Thomas More
based on 5 reviews
I lived on the first floor, and it was the most convenient room ever. It’s so nice being right across from Lower, and the rooms are a nice size. The first floor also has very high ceilings, which makes the whole space seem even bigger. - 4 years ago

I lived here and it was pretty good. You have your own kitchen, fridge, decent size bathroom and rooms. - 2 years ago

Kostka
based on 2 reviews
I loved living in Kostka freshman year! It’s the only all-girls hall on campus. There is a living and learning community that you can join and guarantee yourself on upper campus. Rooms are a decent size, you are close to class, and the lounge was recently renovated. It also has laundry and study rooms. - 4 years ago

Medeiros
based on 2 reviews
Medieros offers rooms and a community like no other. Every dorm in the building has some sort of view, and being on upper is a major plus. Bathroom is fine, no better or worse than any other freshman dorm. Something to be aware of is the lack of AC in the building and lounge (no freshman dorms have ac but some of the lounges do). Kind of a strangely constructed building, but it is a definite conversation starter. Anyways, stay repping med 10000000000000 - 2 years ago

Modulars
based on 1 review
The hub of social life on campus. As an alum, I look back too fondly on my days in the mods; the camaraderie with the neighbors, the poor attempts at grilling, and the ragers and pregames that always seemed to end early. Maybe not great for studying, but that's a fair trade-off to have the best housing on campus. - 4 years ago

Vanderslice
based on 3 reviews
Lived in an 8-man suite and loved the Vandy experience. The rooms have tall ceilings and are spacious for a double, and the common room is a great spot to relax and hang out with friends. Plus there are no rodents and it is a generally quiet/chill building! Vandy is right next to the dining hall and less than a ten minute walk to main campus, making this dorm really convenient for the busy student. Only downside is that the walls are thin, which is not a big deal. Highly recommend this dorm for prospective sophomores looking at housing options! - 4 years ago

Iggy (Ignacio)
based on 1 review
Greatest senior housing. Cozy common room, nice kitchen, spacious storage closet. The location is ideal since its 2 minutes to main campus and 2 minutes to lower campus. Sad we couldn't have 2 more months in iggy #co2020 - 4 years ago
