The hub of social life on campus. As an alum, I look back too fondly on my days in the mods; the camaraderie with the neighbors, the poor attempts at grilling, and the ragers and pregames that always seemed to end early. Maybe not great for studying, but that's a fair trade-off to have the best housing on campus.
