Is Campus Village 2 (CV2) the best dorm at SJSU?

Students rated Campus Village 2 (CV2) a 4.5/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.

The room was quite small, a friend had a widescreen monitor that looked like a 75" TV in comparison. Other than that, the beds were comfortable enough and the window had a decent view.

CV2 was a nice place to stay during my freshman year of college at SJSU. It was conveniently next to the gym, the business building, and the dining hall. Some Pros are the accessibility it had around campus, the cleanliness compared to other dorms, and the RAs. A Con is the slow and crowded elevators since I lived on the 10th floor, bathroom situation, and laundry room. The bathrooms were split into women on one side, men on the other, and co-ed on both. The laundry room was constantly occupied and there was always a wait.

The building is right next to the Village Market, making it convenient for late night snacks. The rooms are also a decent size

CV2 was a pretty good dorm that I stayed in during my freshman year, it had all the necessities that you would need along with a clean room and a good amount of space to design it however you would like. I was part of a double and it felt pretty spacious overall I would say it was a great living experience. However I would definitely say that CV2 didn't feel as social compared to the other dorms on campus, but other than that was still a great place to stay, also having AC was very much appreciated.

I lived in CV2 Dorm my freshman year, and overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to dorm at SJSU. I lived in a Double, meaning I shared the room with 1 roommate. We each had a twin bed (provided by school), desk (provided by school), and individual open closet space. Along with that, we brought our own mini fridge and microwave. The only part that I didn't enjoy was the communal bathrooms, however I will say they were regularly cleaned.
