Is Stein House the best dorm at Georgia Tech?
Students rated Stein House a 2.8/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.
Absolutely terrible. The air condition and heating was broke for half the year. There were bugs and animals living in the ceiling. And it is across the street from the loudest frat house on campus. Walls are super thin and you can hear all the parties they have. Avoid living here at all costs.
Good location and pretty good bathrooms. However, building conditions were terrible and ignored by Housing. Rats were in the kitchens for weeks; AC was broken for almost two months; likely small animals (like squirrels) lived in the roof and could be heard in bedrooms.
