Lived in Howell back in 2018 so it has been a while, but overall it was fine. Bathrooms were routinely cleaned by staff but the shower drain easily gets clogged. The size of the room varied but overall it was decently sized and definitely a lot bigger than what you get at Harris. You can't control the temperature in the room so sometimes it'll blow out hot air even if it's not cold enough outside. I recall the ceiling in someone's room on the 1st floor had collapsed and it took a while to get it repaired. It's also right next to I-85 so it can get a bit loud at night especially if your room is facing the highway.

Pretty nice dorm for a freshman. Recently got new dorm furniture and bathroom modeling in 2022 which helps the place look better. If on the girls' floor, the shower drain gets clogged with hair easily. Pick up your own hair. Not all rooms are the same size and some rooms have temperature control problems. Great community which helps overwrite the negatives of the dorm. There are also 3d printers and a piano in the lounge. Tech support is conveniently in the basement. Very close to the laundry area.

Really good community bc the dorms suck. Showers are structure in stalls with only two drains so when 1 girl gets lazy to pick up her hair, the drains clog. But better than Cloudman. The rooms are bigger.

It's an average dorm. Most tech dorms are the same if it isn't glenn or towers. Community was pretty good amd we have a piano in the lobby.
