all male. super nasty bathroom. the rooms are decent, however the building is old and nasty. lounges are also decent.

I lived in a quad during 2018. In Smith, a quad is basically a connected double. During the first week we moved all the desks into one room and the beds into another. This was the best decision ever since we usually went to sleep at different times, and we could work (mess around) together in the other room. Smith is for the boys

If you wanna bool with boys this is the place for you. If you wanna sword fight in the communal honeycomb shower with the boys this is the place for you. It has a horrible problem with rats. You cant change the temperature, and it was hot as hell all year. But to be with the boys its worth it
