The location is perfect. Right next to all the route one restaurant and the quad. Short walk to most academic buildings. The building itself is one of the older commons buildings but since the pricing is extremely affordable, it is definitely worth it. Spacious apartment but the appliances are old. The stove has 3 burners that don't work. The washer-dryer unit is also outdated but we are expecting an update for next year as we released the same unit.
