"It's on the Quad which is the best area to live on south campus, but the dorms themselves are not it." See all 1 review

"I was worried coming into my freshman year living in this dorm as it wasn't one of the new ones, but I quickly fell in love. Each room comes with its own AC unit which is a big deal. Not only does this mean you have AC, but you are able to always be in control of it. A lot of other dorms have AC, but it's all centralized and oftentimes is turned off. I also love having all-gender/private bathrooms in our lounges. While we don't have the privilege of having private showers, we at least have private restrooms with a sink and toilet, so at least we have privacy at times when most people in the dorms don't. Overall, the rooms are pretty standard, but I just feel like the location, the AC and the added bonus of private bathrooms just makes this dorm amazing. " See all 3 reviews

"La Plata Hall was a great living space during freshman year. I loved how it is so close to the North Campus Diner, and close to a bunch of other freshman dorms. However, it is located far away from most classes so I highly recommend investing in an electric scooter or skateboard if you live here. I lived in a triple, so space was tight, but you would probably live in a spacious double bed room." See all 3 reviews

"Leonardtown is a very spacious apartment and the rooms are very nice. The only issue is that it is slightly far from things on North Campus. " See all 1 review

"The location is perfect. Right next to all the route one restaurant and the quad. Short walk to most academic buildings. The building itself is one of the older commons buildings but since the pricing is extremely affordable, it is definitely worth it. Spacious apartment but the appliances are old. The stove has 3 burners that don't work. The washer-dryer unit is also outdated but we are expecting an update for next year as we released the same unit. " See all 1 review

"Having a shared bathroom with four people isn't bad. The rooms were pretty spacious and were split between two people. It was more than enough room for each person to have their own space and desk. We also had a living room that was decently sized." See all 1 review

"Newly renovated dorm, big clean bathrooms, nice lounges, however some of the dorm rooms are a little small." See all 1 review

"Nice small dorm near south campus. Rooms are pretty big with closets and mirrors on each closet. Walls are normal smooth walls but floors are a tan tile.
Showers are big and bathrooms are nice, lounges are definitely lacking, most of them smell and have really old and uncomfy seating.
Has air conditioning but isn't super controllable." See all 1 reviewNumber 2

"One of the newest dorms with nice lounges and study rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Washers and dryers on every floor and "communal bathrooms" are individual bathrooms where each room has its own toilet, shower and sink. The location is really nice as well since it is literally right next to the new dining hall (Yahentamitsi) and the gym (Eppley). Rooms have clean white walls and wood floors." See all 1 review
