It good. Basic enough apartment and has been a nice cozy place.

Internet needs to be sorted by people living there, and isn’t too amenities rich. But good for students

All my 3's I wanted to be 3.5 but that's not an option. I think its a decent spot. Buildings are really old, they are doing work to renovate it and itll be done in 2021, but for now, its really annoying hearing the construction going on at 8 am when we're trying to sleep for a class or get work done. It has a good location since your across from the police station and right next to the gym. It's not the best in terms of walking to classes on the far side of campus but none of the apartments are really.
