Oban Family Housing Reviews

I was on the waitlist for 1 year and 9 months before we were offered a unit. Rent is currently about $1k for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom which is a steal compared to other apartments in Riverside of the same size/amenities. Laundry is free and my son has many other kids to play with from the Oban community. Maintenance has been lacking but that’s common across UCR in general. NOT disability friendly, it’s like pulling teeth just to get basic accommodations like designated parking spots. The sidewalks largely have no ramps, making it extremely difficult to navigate with wheelchairs, strollers, etc.
