This place is disgusting. They are glorified trailer parks and overcrowd the dorms. The bathrooms are never cleaned (I checked the same stain was there for over two months) they also don’t supply us with cleaning supplies so that’s great. The rooms are fine, but there are a shit ton of bugs in there during the summer. These are a lazy excuse for a dorm and I would say lousy at best, but least they have AC.

The Court is new and very nice to live in. Each room has its own controlled thermostat, rooms are pretty large in size, and since it is only a year old, everything is still relatively intact and clean. Bathrooms are a bit gross, but I suppose it has more to do with the residents than the actual dorm itself. A couple of actual dorm-related downsides to the bathrooms are that they get extremely humid and moist, sometimes the buttons used to flush the toilet fall off the wall, and the side paneling has fallen off in the past. There are only two washing machines and two dryers, however, as of now, they are free to use. There are decent vending machines, and the communal arrays are very nice. I really liked living here 10/10
