The rooms were big in my opinion. I liked having my own AC/heater unit. The two big windows were nice. There is also a ceiling fan. Anytime the door closed, you could hear it from your room. The rooms are bigger than some of the new dorms, and they have big windows and high ceilings. The window HVAC units are incredibly loud and annoying though. The bathrooms are communal, but they're single-user so you do have privacy.
