the pros was it a little close to my classes but cons were that my roommates didn’t respect my cleanliness. Just expect that you get a clean and nice roomate - 1 year ago

LeJeune Hall

I loved the location. It's close to the quad, Tiger Stadium, and Mike the Tiger. However, it is definitely one of the older dorms on campus. I liked that it was gate, but it made it annoying when your hands are full. The individual doors do not lock automatically and have actual keys as opposed to just swiping your card. I was in one of the female stacks and on the same floor as our RA, meaning I shared a restroom with six other girls. The restroom is literally a one person bathroom; one toilet stall, one shower stall, and one sink. It is definitely inconvenient and annoying having to wait for other girls to get out of the shower.
If you end up in this dorm, it is not the end of the world since you don't spend a lot of time there anyway. I mainly used it for sleeping. I spent most of my time in the library or in the quad doing HW or studying. - 4 years agoWe collected 1 dorm reviews for LeJeune Hall

Beds were super fucking small, rooms were hilariously small and the buildings were kinda run down. Better shape than the dorms though
It wasn’t terrible - 4 years agoWe collected 1 dorm reviews for East Campus Apartments

The rooms are bigger than some of the new dorms, and they have big windows and high ceilings. The window HVAC units are incredibly loud and annoying though. The bathrooms are communal, but they're single-user so you do have privacy. - 4 years ago

The building is failrly new so everything is really nice. The only problem I saw is that the janitors don’t change out the filters for the ac very often. This makes the room super dusty. Other than that I’ve had a great experience with the building - 4 years ago

There are a few study rooms and also a few floor lounges where you can change scenery wile you get work done. The building is very new and feels very secure. The dorm is really far from where most classes are held. - 4 years ago

Well, it's got an open floor plan, construction surrounds it, but it's right next to a dining hall and near the center of campus - 2 years ago

Highland Hall

Huge rooms with suite bathrooms, however it’s an old building. Expect cold tile for floors and cinderblocks for walls. Once you get pas the prison cell, this can be an amazing dorm with some decoration and a rug. My roommate and I never felt on top of each other if you arrange the area right. - 4 years ago

Try to get the stadium view, rooms are big, beds are big but hard as a rock, bathrooms are nice, shower water doesn’t get too hot
Lounge area good, parking is good and the location isn’t ECA/WCA, but it’s good - 4 years agoWe collected 2 dorm reviews for Nicholson Gateway

The dorms are very nice and the RAs don’t care what you do at all. Having your own bathroom is super nice too. - 2 years ago
