Ok don't judge the dorm based on the ratings (which are just a judge of how nice the dorm is). AMR II isn't the nicest dorm (probably one of the worst in terms of luxury/amenities), but it's the most social, and if you're looking to make a lot of friends freshman year, look for AMR II/AMR I.
