NAV North
based on 1 review
"The vibes of NAV are by far the best in terms of apartments on campus. The views from the higher floors (especially on the freeway side) are hella nice. Plus you get the nice nav courtyard spot and basketball court. Easily the best apartment on campus.
Just hope you get lucky and don't get one of the apartments with flooding issues. Also a heads up, the freeway side can get loud with the traffic and sirens but it wasn't that bad in my opinion" - 1 year ago1 student reviewers said they lived in NAV North during their sophomore year

Crecine

"Apartment-style: each apartment has 4 individual bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 people per bathroom), and 1 full kitchen/living room.
On the northwest corner of campus, so if you have a lot of classes on east campus (i.e., in the business building) you'll want to familiarize yourself with the bus schedule.
Small gym within the building on the first floor with basic weights, weight machines, treadmill, elliptical, etc.
The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, and a definite step up from crammed freshman housing. The only complaint I had with the apartment itself was the toilet clogged often and easily - a plunger comes with the apartment, but it's not fun to have to use it every week." - 4 years ago1 student reviewers said they lived in Crecine during their sophomore year

Stein House

"Absolutely terrible. The air condition and heating was broke for half the year. There were bugs and animals living in the ceiling. And it is across the street from the loudest frat house on campus. Walls are super thin and you can hear all the parties they have. Avoid living here at all costs." - 4 years ago

Graduate Living Center

"The GLC was a great segue from dorms to apartment living. The furniture is similar to what you get at in the freshman dorms but the big difference is that the rooms are typically a similar size to freshman dorms but obviously you aren't sharing the room with another person. I had plenty of light and free space in my room and while the furniture is nothing special - it's perfectly solid and does the job. A good-sized kitchen and living room plus in-building mail, gym (very small but existant), and laundry is a big plus. I also think that due to type of people the GLC attracts (relative to places like NAVE), it is much quieter and cleaner in general. The location gets a bad rap but I think it's really underrated. If proximity to greek orgs is a factor - I'd argue you're just as close to most of greek housing as NAVE. If proximity to class is your optimizing factor - it's as far a walk from tech green as NAVE and for ME, CS, Arch, or any of the majors where you have classes in the biotech quad - you're significantly closer. Regarding food, you are a pretty short walk from Papa Johns and the cluster of restaurants further up like Subline Doughnuts, Firehouse Subs, Tech Taco, Rocky Mountain Pizza, etc." - 3 years ago

Fulmer
based on 2 reviews
"The dorm building is pretty old and gross, but tolerable if you want a cheap dorm. The common areas are not super nice, but the rooms are very large and can be decent to live in. The shared kitchen and bathroom were gross and the shower/sink were often out of order. Shower situation is not ideal, air conditioning went out for several days back in August. I live in Zbar now and prefer it" - 4 years ago
