The vibes of NAV are by far the best in terms of apartments on campus. The views from the higher floors (especially on the freeway side) are hella nice. Plus you get the nice nav courtyard spot and basketball court. Easily the best apartment on campus.
Just hope you get lucky and don't get one of the apartments with flooding issues. Also a heads up, the freeway side can get loud with the traffic and sirens but it wasn't that bad in my opinion
