Apartment-style: each apartment has 4 individual bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 people per bathroom), and 1 full kitchen/living room. On the northwest corner of campus, so if you have a lot of classes on east campus (i.e., in the business building) you'll want to familiarize yourself with the bus schedule. Small gym within the building on the first floor with basic weights, weight machines, treadmill, elliptical, etc. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, and a definite step up from crammed freshman housing. The only complaint I had with the apartment itself was the toilet clogged often and easily - a plunger comes with the apartment, but it's not fun to have to use it every week.
