Is Shannon the best dorm at UVA?

Shannon is known as hotel Shannon by some. It is a dorm that is basically right across from the Fitness and Aquatic Center and in close proximity to the Ohill dining hall. This dorm is also one of the closest to both the bus stops. Also, if you’re a engineering student the walk isn’t too bad to the engineering buildings but the McCormick road dormitories are slightly closer. This dorm has a common room and shared bathrooms on every floor. The laundry room, water fountain, and study rooms are located on the first floor.
