Having a single room is pretty great especially as a first year. It’s one of the farthest dorms from central grounds, but a Northline stop is right outside the dorm so you will be able to get to your classes in a timely manner. This dorm is completely worth it if you want a single dorm. It forces you to go out and meet people and I bonded really well with my hall mates. It’s not the homiest and the common areas aren’t the most comfortable, but with the people around you, you can make it a home. The air conditioning is a little odd because it will be freezing in the summer and hot in the winter. My biggest suggestion is to keep your windows open.
