Is Narnia the best dorm at Stanford?

Students rated Narnia a 3.8/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.

Narnia is a senior housing. The building surrounds a courtyard in the middle. The rooming situation is essentially two adjoining singles with one entrance. This means that one room has a lot of privacy and the other, with the door that leads to the greater dorm area has much less privacy. The bathrooms are decent, with two per floor. But there is only one toilet and two showers per bathroom. The kitchen is large and spacious, with a decent sized pantry. The location leaves much to be desired. It's rumoured that the dorm is called Narnia because it's so far away from everything. It's about a 15 minute walk to tressider and depending on where your classes are, you could be walking anywhere from 10-30 minutes. You could opt to cycle, Narnia has a bike rail outside and that would cut down your travel time by a lot. The courtyard is a nice touch, there are a few hammocks, some picnic tables and a few benches. There are trees and other flora so if you have allergies it might not be the best place for you. One thing to note is that Narnia has a reputation as the stoner house, so if you're not into that this may not be the place for you.
