Is University Village Phase 3 the best dorm at Cal Poly Pomona?

University Village is right outside the main campus of Cal Poly Pomona. It is a short 15-20min walk to get to the majority of classes. The Phase 3 apartments in University Village offer single-room options at a very affordable price compared to the suites. The room itself is spacious and provides a relatively clean environment. However, as the building is old, there are sometimes problems with roaches. While living in the Village, the amenities offered are free printing and complimentary laundry for $1000 per month.
