The Encinitas hall had every basic necessity on the first floor such as a laundry room, kitchen, and study room. However, the building itself is very outdated because it's made of bricks. Encinitas itself is nothing special, but it got the job done. I fortunately got a double, and it was enough space for two people but it is doomed if you get a triple.
