Pros: Proximity to main campus and Thayer, some rooms have two bathrooms for four people, has elevator, laundry and trash room are a good size compared to other buildings, vending machines in lobby, and overall clean and quiet. Cons: Older building, not able to control or adjust building heat temperature.
