Is Gregorian Quad B the best dorm at Brown?

Students rated Gregorian Quad B a 4.3/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.

Pros: It's the newest student housing on campus (as of 2020) meaning that it's the best maintained and most modern dorm available. Every room is a single (either a single on its own or in the form of a suite), and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's also one of- if not the only- dorms that has air conditioning in the early fall (!), and each room has its own heater during the winter. All the suites also come with a common room that has a few couches, tables, and a sink/mirror. The dorm is a popular hang out/party spot because of the big common rooms and because it's next to Jo's. Cons: There really aren't many cons to New Dorm. The suites don't have private bathrooms, and there are only two bathrooms on each floor, meaning that they get used by dozens and dozens of people daily and can get pretty gross. Also, Jo's is open 7 days a week and closes at 2am, meaning that depending on where your window is located exactly you might have to hear drunk kids screaming every night.
