"good location for extracurricular needs since it’s right by the gym, mail room, and chiles center. you also have a different address from the other dorms (easier for door dash/deliveries). if you don’t mind walking to the academic quad for 5-15 minutes it’s not a bad place to live. bathrooms do tend to get flooded at times tho. a lot of floor events too with schoenfeldt (sharing a building with them is like living in a coed dorm) with large study rooms as well. fields/schoe also has some of the biggest quads/doubles on campus!!" - 1 year ago

"I was in an "extended double," which was really just cramp 3 people into what would normally hold two. The bathrooms on each floor were split into wings based on sex with a common bathroom with toilet stalls and shower stalls. Laundry was located in the basement along with the kitchen. 1st and 3rd floors contained lounges with pool tables, foosball, and a TV on the latter. There was a chapel on the first floor for weekly dorm mass should you choose to attend. The staff and RAs were super cool and there were a lot of bonding activities I wish I took part of when I was there. It gets pretty hot during the first month of the academic year, so not having AC was dreadful. I liked that the dorm was right at the edge of campus, so it was convenient to walk to the bus. Walk to the center of campus at Franz Hall was maybe 6 minutes or so." - 4 years ago
