Pros: Dorm rooms had convenient layout with a good balance of privacy and being close with your friends/classmates. They were fully furnished three-bedroom suites, with each of us getting our own sinks, a separate room for the shower, and separate room for the toilet. Downstairs had a kitchen, recreation area (ping pong, pool, etc.), and classrooms that were ocassionally used. The entire UTD campus is not huge so it wasn't a long walk to any of the classes

Cons: Not many but I think it's slightly pricier than University Village. Would've been nicer if it was closer to the cafeteria
