For this to be the MOST expensive dorm—my experience was absolute trash. My first day here turned to be three full days with a broken water heater (cold showers). There’s construction that brightens your morning at 6:50AM-7:00AM (been going on since we moved in all the way until we moved out). The filter on our fridge was dirty and never changed. The kitchen sink noddle prays in the opposite direction. And now there is a power outage in one of the rooms. No AC. The shower floors are very cheap. Make sure to scrub those by hand. Mirrors are cheap as well in bathroom. I guess it chips with the steam. For THIS to be the most EXPENSIVE I was left very unsatisfied. Now I’m frustrated and I’m craving pizza .

Very nice and clean. Easily the nicest UCSB apartment option. The location is not good however and is extremely far away from the campus.

Extremely spacious bathroom (2), full kitchen with new appliances, balcony and several study rooms. Location is excellent.
