1st floor is absolute hell, first semester during my final exams a pipe burst had to move out, second semester same thing happened and me and my roommates personal items were damaged by the water but we recieved no compensation because apparently the contract that we have no power to negotiate state...
Freshman Hill monolith. It was pretty clean and new when I got there! Bathroom options included shared among your wing and private en-suite, shared with the room next door. I had an en suite bathroom, though I heard the shared one wasn't so bad.
