I lived in the 4 bedroom townhouse. It was nice having my own room and two floors. I lived in the 4000’s block which was in the corner I’d recommend living closer to the road because it’s closer to classes. Kitchen is small but not bad. Apartment is outdated but not that bad.
The rooms are spacious. There’s heating and air conditioning controlled in the rooms. Nittany Hall shares laundry amenities with Nittany Apartments. It can get very crowded at times. Over all if you’re looking for a quite place to live Nittany Hall is a good place.
I lived here as a junior transferring from a branch campus. I lived in a two bedroom and lived with three friends. I had so much fun living there. In addition to two basic bedrooms, a bathroom with a double vanity and basic living room with dated furniture, the apartment had a kitchen with a fridge and stove (no microwave) but we never used it. We all had meal plans and just ate in the dining hall. We all had dinner together just about every night. Great times. The apartment is by no means gorgeous, but your apartment is located on a college campus. What are you expecting? Just have fun.
It’s awesome living in Nittany Apartments. Residents in blocks of apartments get close to one another and it’s a nice little community. There seems to be more freedom than being in dorms and the rooms are very nice. The kitchens can use some updating, but other than that, everything is great. Beyond the living room, the area before the bedrooms (where the bathroom and double sinks are) gets pretty dark, but some Christmas lights or a light strip makes it look great. It’s awesome living in Nittany Apartments.
