Pros: Private Bedroom and Bathroom, Quiet, Silent, Free Laundry, 5 mins to Redifer Commons, close to downtown. Cons: 10 mins to HUB, 15 mins to most classes (Old Main), Expensive, Uncomfortable room chair, Annoying dim yellow light on the roof. Kitchen on 1st floor, 2 Study rooms and 2 Chill areas with TVs on each floor 20ish people each floor, 2 Washer and 2 Dryer each floor Maintenance clean your bathroom once in Fall Break and once in Spring Break Indoor Trash collection and Bike room 3 vending machines (1 snack & 2 drinks) Standard Fridge, Microwave, Trash, Study Desk, Chair, Wardrobe and storage. 2 Room types normal and large, normal is just fine. 3 lights in the entire room (one main light on the roof, desk lamp, bathroom light) ...
It's probably the nicest but also one of the furthest. Close to Pollock and south common so that's nice
If you dont like talking to people or are an introvert, this place is perfect. Even though it's a hike and kind of, it's not terrible. Living alone with a private bathroom and free laundry is totally worth it imo. I spoke to and shared an elevator with 1 person all semester. Super quiet too.
Eastview is expensive, but definitely a great place to live. You get your own bathroom, a/c, free laundry, and the privacy of your own room (so much more space than a double). It's very quiet, so if you want to make friends with all the people on your dorm floor, this is probably not the place for you. Also, it's a bit far from a lot of classes, but close to south commons.
This is great if you want somewhere quiet (and I mean quiet). Is it worth the health price? Probably not... but the private room and bath are nice.
Eastview is the best place to live on campus if you can afford it. It's incredibly nice in new buildings, and everyone gets their own bathroom.
You get your own room and bathroom. plenty of space for one person. Building is super quiet because most people keep to themselves. Laundry is free, there’s indoor bike storage, and 3 rooms on each floor (one for each wing) with a conference table which was amazing to study in. Only downsides are the location and it can get lonely if you don’t know anyone
