It was very clean and spacious with a lot of modern / new amenities (table tennis, pool table, etc.) as it was recently renovated.
Lived in a double room
Southgate is newly renovated and it’s very nice. Smells very clean and there is wood flooring in the dorm rooms. Room sizes vary, but the doubles are above average and some are really big.
