Practically bug-free, long and open rooms, mirrors, very conveniently attached to GA down under (meaning you can actually print things or go up to your room at night), two kitchens, study areas all on first floor and GADU, has its own bus stop, central AC, no hard to clean carpet, handicap access bathrooms, multiple entrances and exits (depending on your late-to-class needs), distanced from main quad so quiet on Shooters nights, closer to 9th street/whole foods, multiple laundry rooms, ice machine (hidden away a bit in GADU but explore), big glass doors at main entrances so its easier to get help if you get locked out (will happen) There is technically an elevator but it is only used for package/mail delivery
