StuVi2 (33 Harry Agganis Way) Reviews
Boston University
Reviews Summary
StuVi2 (33 Harry Agganis Way) is hailed as one of the best places to live on campus at BU and possibly in Boston. Students appreciate the suite-style living arrangements, with spacious doubles and reasonable singles, accommodating 6-8 people comfortably. The dorm offers a hotel-like experience with 24/7 security, beautiful study rooms, and panoramic views. The building is modern and well-furnished, providing a cozy living space for 4 people in the apartments. However, some students mention the high cost of living there and the challenge of securing a spot without being a part of Greek life or an athlete. The dorm boasts amenities like shuttle services, proximity to the dining hall, and multiple study lounges on different floors. With both dorm and apartment-style options, StuVi2 offers a social atmosphere and stunning views of the city. While some minor issues like weak fire alarms or elevator wait times are mentioned, the overall consensus is overwhelmingly positive, making StuVi2 a sought-after residence for students looking for a comfortable and modern living experience on campus.

Suite style living is 8 sharing two relatively nice bathrooms with cleanliness dependent on occupants. Doubles are large, singles are reasonable, and common rooms can fit 6-8 comfortably, and parties up to 20-30. Shuttle service in front of building and dining hall close by, and a max 15 minute walk to CAS.
Great if you want to stay on campus (and have some aspect of apartment living) but there are definitely cheaper options around campus that still have less of a “dorm room” feel
Practically like living in a hotel. 24/7 security, beautiful study rooms, panoramic view and well furnished apartments
Stuvi 2 is a great dorm but quite expensive. The only problem is in stuvi 2 you only have 1 bathroom for 4 people while is stuvi 1 they have 2 bathrooms for 4 people. Other than that its the best housing maybe in Boston.
The Double’s are massive in size and allow both roommates to live comfortably together. There is security, but to the point of there being too much security, sometimes making it hard to get into the building even if you live there
Lived here both in a single in an 8 person suite and in a 4 person apartment. Honestly the best place to live on campus.
15th floor double in an 8 person suite with two bathrooms. Very spacious room and a ton of closet space. Great view of the city.
I loved living in Stuvi2 my sophomore year! I lived in a double which was massive and had a walk-in closet type storage area. Unfortunately, the doubles are lengthwise with only one small window, so you have to get there before your roomate to make sure you get the side with any natural light. The desks provided by BU are MUCH bigger than the desks you will get in west dorms or warren, which is super nice. Also, the floorplans for the corner suites and the middle of the building suites are very different, and the middle suites are much better and more open due to the common room being in the center of the suite. Unfortunately, none of the windows open in the building, so you will never be able to have fresh air in your dorm. This was a huge...
Simply the best option to live on campus! Only cons include the price (insanely expensive) and figuring out how to get into a suite/apartment if you're not a part of greek life or an athlete. I would recommend making some friends who live there to pull you in, or starting constantly emailing/calling BU housing throughout your sophmore year for a spot. That way you can pull in your friends for junior and senior year! Stuvi 2 really has that energy goinggg
Best place to live on campus at BU (and maybe Boston lol). If you get the chance, do not pass it up. The views are amazing and the building is super modern. The apartments are so cozy and perfect for 4. It is also super nice not having to buy furniture, like you would for an off campus apartment. Even if you never live here, you must study on the 26th floor before graduation. Unreal views of the city of Boston.
