Best place to live on campus hands down. 4 singles with 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen per apartment. We had a corner room so the living room is huge. The apartment's fully furnished, and air-conditioned. There are plenty of lounges/study spaces and 24-hour security. Around a 10 min walk to central campus and public transportation's super accessible – the BU shuttle, 57 bus, and the T. There's Dunkins right downstairs and Buick Market right downstairs, and is within walkable distance to Target, Star Market, Dollar Tree, and Super 88. Personally, I don't think the lower floors without a view are worth the price, but if you're okay with paying a bit more and living on a higher floor with a view I'd say go for it. I attached photos of the vi...

Lived here my Senior year in 2016-2017. Had a double apartment. Was awesome. Super quiet building and obviously while rooms are smaller - I loved the coziness. Spent a lot of time studying in my room because of how nicely quiet it was. Now, I'm not sure if they have updated appliances/bathrooms since I graduated, but yes they might be a bit older. Think more early 2000s appliances, but I don't cook at all so didn't matter. Shower was a bit small but a private bathroom for two ppl is unbeatable. There really isn't a better on-campus dorm/apartment out there. While winter months suck walking to Questrom for classes, it still is absolutely worth it

Best physical location on campus. Best for mature, independent students who prefer to cook. Definitely not a "loud" dorm like West or Stuvi II are - it's quiet and studious.

Definitely the best dorm I've stayed in on campus - things are really nice and the environment is cozy. It feels less pretentious than StuVi 2 and it's much quieter. Two people per bathroom is really great, and the views are incredible.

By far the best dorm I had at BU! I had a 4 person apartment style dorm with 2 bathrooms. Although StuVi 2 is a bit newer and has better views, they usually only have 1 bath for 4 rooms. The room was a little smaller than I expected but manageable, especially because the suite has a common area. The windows don’t open and there is one ac control for the apt, so I suggest bringing a fan for air flow or in case some roomies like it a bit warmer than others. Also super close to the gym and CGS, Buick St Market is right next door, and Target is a couple blocks away.

Hands down the best residence hall at BU. It’s gorgeous and has 1 bathrooms per every 2 people(2 in each 4 person apartment). Quiet and much better than stuvi2 which is so elitist. Only downside is there’s no mail room.

Basically the nicest building you will ever be able to afford. AMAZING view of the city, you have a Dunkin downstairs. Each apt has 4 singles (some 2 singles) and a huge living room. If you're able to finesse a corner, you are set. You have everything you would ever need in this building. Underlassmen always say "stuvi 2 is better because it is newer.." Well let me tell you something...Stuvi 1 living rooms and bathrooms are A LOT BIGGER! It's location gives it a nice little college campus vibe feel that we don't get anywhere else on campus. Between the views, social life, your own room, kitchen, and utilities, I couldn't think of a better place to live on campus

An amazing dorm with great amenities (Dunkin Donuts in the building) and ideal location. It's relatively quiet compared to StuVi2, but the individual rooms are pretty small. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend living here!

My room had two seperate rooms with kitchen/bathroom access without disturbing another person, though theres either 1/2 of those rooms per floor. No sound issues, no plumbing issues, was able to keep to myself, though I could use a door (one room has a door, one a curtain). Good amount of space compared to many BU dorms, and it was right there center campus. Laundry is the building over, mail is 2 buildings over. Issue with package delivery as it can be stolen, so secure packages are dropped off at get this, wheelock. The kitchen was nice. Temperature is a bit weird as your two settings boil down to hot or cold sometimes. Sucks to say but this is one of the better dorms on campus.

Apartments are great with enough space and great views. Rooms are small, but big enough for one person and there is the living room for entertaining anyway. I loved the location because if you can't make it on the bus, the walk isn't terrible, T stop right outside, close to Allston, FitRec, CVS, Target, Star, SHS, and it's secluded at the same time. Buick St. Market and Dunkin are lifesavers, the top floor study room has a great vibe and views, and there's more study spaces in the basement. The only annoying part is that packages go to Stuvi2, and even that isn't terrible!
