"Rooms: at least on the first floor, the rooms are aged. The carpet is not clean and the windows are tiny. It is very unequal and almost like a lottery. You may get a horribly designed room, or you may get a nice room with a big bay window. Location: far from where your classes will be unless you are an English major. Walk to Exam Center is the furthest of any college. Food: Bad. New college or Chestnut food is better. Meal plan here is a scam, you cannot use it anywhere other than the VICTORIA dining hall. Other meal plans like chestnut or new college get to use the meal plan on cafes and restaurants on campus like the medsci cafe. If you dont use ur meal plan by the deadline you LOSE all the rest of the money and the dining hall closes strangely early (7:30) while many others stay open until 9. "

"The room is decently large, and they got all new furniture a couple of years ago. When I stayed there, I didn't have a roommate, but people have to share a room now. The building is old, and there isn't any AC, but as far as the St. Mike's dorms go, I think this building has the most advantages. There's laundry downstairs, and this is also where the mail room and the porter's desk (where you go if you lose your room key or need other residence-related help) are. The location is also pretty good. Depending where your classes are, you might have to walk across campus, but it's not too far. And there is nearby access to all main lines of the subway. There are also quite a few grocery stores close by. The biggest problem for me was the shared washrooms, since they were shared for the whole floor, which isn't ideal. The other problem was that it was noisy. The walls are thin, and you can hear basically everything outside the windows."

"Pros: - Community feel on each floor - Pleasant area by Victoria College & Bloor street - Reasonably clean and slightly newer building (compared to other Victoria college residences) Cons: - Depressing decor/architecture - Far from main part of campus/engineering buildings (was a eng sci student) - Not much partying lol "

"The best residence on all of campus at the time of writing. Newest, with private (albeit not the biggest) rooms, and depending on the floor you get it may have immaculate views. Only thing that could make it better is better food offered as the meal plan is required. "

"Super Modern for a dorm, with gym and laundry. Shared suite with 3-5 roommates with own lockable room. Each suite has 2 washrooms. "
