Pros: - Community feel on each floor - Pleasant area by Victoria College & Bloor street - Reasonably clean and slightly newer building (compared to other Victoria college residences) Cons: - Depressing decor/architecture - Far from main part of campus/engineering buildings (was a eng sci student) - Not much partying lol
