The room is decently large, and they got all new furniture a couple of years ago. When I stayed there, I didn't have a roommate, but people have to share a room now. The building is old, and there isn't any AC, but as far as the St. Mike's dorms go, I think this building has the most advantages. There's laundry downstairs, and this is also where the mail room and the porter's desk (where you go if you lose your room key or need other residence-related help) are. The location is also pretty good. Depending where your classes are, you might have to walk across campus, but it's not too far. And there is nearby access to all main lines of the subway.
