I lived in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath option. Literally my safe haven! Floor to ceiling windows, tons of naturally lights, super quiet actually! I had a great view of downtown Houston until they started building this big ass building which blocked my view. Make sure you know which room number gets the best view!! Don't let them randomly assign you. 420 friendly since I smelled weed on my floor all the time. Rooftop is awesome! You get indoor and outdoor rooftop. No pool. :( no pets but people bring their pets in regardless lol. I don't think they can legally ask if your pet is ESA..? 24 hr doorman. Super duper safe! You need access using your Cougar Card to open the 2 front doors and 1 back door. Key for your room. If you lose the key, its $250 ish to replace it. Yikes! Overall, I loved the lofts :) would live there still if it wasn't $1636/month ish for rent lmao.
