Is Pentland Hills the best dorm at UCR?

The dorms are very cramped and people don’t get along well because of how cramped it is. The hall also always smelled

The dorms are decent and they are quick to repair problems for the bathrooms or rooms. People are really isolated and to themselves, it was really hard to make friends. Bad side of living here is that if you get stuck with messy suite mates, it’s going to be everyone’s problem and the dorms and bathrooms are always going to be dirty.

Some of the bathrooms are smaller than the other. The triple was cramped and the hall always smelt bad

The showers were broken for about a whole week. They did maintenance that required water shut-down for hours during the morning/afternoon way too frequently (around 2 times a month). The noise travels easily through the walls and doors so I wasn't able to sleep well for an entire year. However, I think Pentland is still the best of the bunch considering the noise level does not even compare to AI or Lothian.

Nice bathrooms and they are solo- you only share with your suite Con the room is kinda small, smaller than back home for sure
