I got a suite. So, I had a lot of comfortable space for myself. However, the bathrooms and common area really depends on your suite-mates and/or roommates. One of my suite-mates was super friendly, considerate, and caring. Another suitemate was super dirty and brought many strangers into the suites. So, it was overall a very bad experience for me. But I have also met a lot of students living in this dorm. So, I would still recommend dorming, even if it's here, at least once in your life.
