My corner room was HUGE (some rooms are smaller), bathrooms were renovated a couple years ago and are much nicer than neighboring Alspaugh and Bassett. In-room AC for now which is certainly better than nothing. AMAZING location, right next to MP and not to far from the bus stop. Smaller dorms also have better communities usually.
