Is 600 West 113 Street the best dorm at Columbia?

Literally the dirtiest dorm I've lived in (If you wiped the wall, the wipe would turn black). Maybe it was just my room but still. Very cramped and old. Upside is that it's near restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
