Very spacious, even as a sophomore in a double, clean and I feel very safe living here. Only potential downside could be that since you live on frat row, weekend nights aren't the quietest

Broadway is a solid place for sophomores to get decently sized doubles (if you get in the corner, the ones on the end are a definitely smaller).
