Is Letts Hall the best dorm at American University?

Worse than Anderson, had worse lounges, and in addition, a bunch of kids' rooms had rats or green mold Bathrooms also weren't private, and the showers often ran out of hot water in the evenings.
Letts does have AC but it was broken in my dorm so it was brutal in the spring when DC weather is 90+ degrees and facilities refused to fix it
