Wood Residence Hall

"Really struggling to think of any Pros…I guess it’s a bit secluded so that’s nice?
It’s super dirty and has a strong moldy smell here. I lived in a single room hear and they are very very tiny…honestly not worth it.
Unfortunately a lot of student athletes live here so it’s loud as hell all the time. RAs don’t do anything about the noise or hold them to the same standards since they are “special.”
Don’t recommend this at all unless it’s your last resort. " - 2 years agoWe collected 1 dorm reviews for Wood Residence Hall

Metcalf

"We got the room at the end of the suite, which is NOT what you want; no closets, very musty smell and the windows were always so frosted so you could not see outside. The only plus of this dorm is the location, super close to all classes. All in all, if u get this dorm, do your best to get it changed and if you can't do what I did and sleepover at your friends dorm everynight :)" - 2 years ago

Tucker Residence Hall
based on 3 reviews
"Convenient location on central campus is the best thing about this place. I’d describe it as what to expect with your average college dorm.
The bathrooms, common spaces and laundry room are disgusting. All the gross stuff you imagine: moldy funk, big ass roaches/waterbugs/ thick random flies that never go away and crud that’s encrusted on the floors and walls.
One of the larger dorm rooms on campus so it’s manageable to live there with a roommate. I found the walls to be a bit thin but perhaps the hall was super noisy when I lived there. " - 2 years agoWe collected 3 dorm reviews for Tucker Residence Hall

Lee
based on 1 review
"Lee is the neighboring dorm to Sullivan. The location is such a low rating due to its distance from classes as it's sort of across campus, but the plus is that the dining hall is literally right downstairs. It is a suite-style with 4 rooms and 2 per room and you share a bathroom. The bathroom has 2 stalls and 1 shower, which is quite annoying but better than hall style. The rooms are fairly large, personally one of the larger ones I have witnessed and there is a "balcony" right outside, sort of like a motel." - 2 years ago

Becton Hall
based on 1 review
"Some of the smallest dorms on campus but they are nice. Higher ceilings than a lot of dorms. It’s in the honors quad so lots of residents are quiet and more studious. Never loud at night. Bathrooms are ok but hall style, but you usually don’t have to worry about them being too crowded. Amenities are decent, washers and driers often broken though." - 4 years ago

Sullivan

"One of the older dorms. Small rooms, suite style. Located close to Fountain and really just on the west side of campus. Engineering people live there" - 2 years ago

Bagwell
based on 1 review
"Bagwell was very quiet when I lived here, although it was during COVID, but it felt pretty secluded from the rest of campus. Bagwell is an Honors program dorm, so there are some pros to meeting similar people around you, but it's quite disconnected from any other dorm and the rest of the student body. Overall, it was a clean, quiet hall with a decently sized room, but in a quiet and secluded part of campus." - 2 years ago
