nice location, alright room size, communal bathrooms, busy laundry all the time, just what you would expect from a freshman dorm.

Convenient location on central campus is the best thing about this place. I’d describe it as what to expect with your average college dorm.

The bathrooms, common spaces and laundry room are disgusting. All the gross stuff you imagine: moldy funk, big ass roaches/waterbugs/ thick random flies that never go away and crud that’s encrusted on the floors and walls.

One of the larger dorm rooms on campus so it’s manageable to live there with a roommate. I found the walls to be a bit thin but perhaps the hall was super noisy when I lived there.
