Lee is the neighboring dorm to Sullivan. The location is such a low rating due to its distance from classes as it's sort of across campus, but the plus is that the dining hall is literally right downstairs. It is a suite-style with 4 rooms and 2 per room and you share a bathroom. The bathroom has 2 stalls and 1 shower, which is quite annoying but better than hall style. The rooms are fairly large, personally one of the larger ones I have witnessed and there is a "balcony" right outside, sort of like a motel.
