"Hobson is apart of HMS. The only dorm on campus without laundry and a kitchen on every floor. Everything is constantly in need of repair. The windows aren't sealed and you cannot control the heating/cooling, so it is always either too hot or too cold. Bugs also are EVERYWHERE. My room in particular after 2 months of calling and trying to get someone in to fix the issue, we got out windows resealed quick and we haven't had a ton of bugs anymore, but so many people still have this issue. The showers are also either clogged or water isn't flowing or something else. It's a whole thing. Hobson really needs work, but the community is great." - 1 year ago

"pros:
- big communal kitchen with two refrigerators and large gathering table and lots of counter space and cabinet storage space
- gender neutral restrooms in the lobby
- community events in or near the building
- 4 floors (of fun!)

cons:
