pros:
- big communal kitchen with two refrigerators and large gathering table and lots of counter space and cabinet storage space
- gender neutral restrooms in the lobby
- community events in or near the building
- 4 floors (of fun!)
cons:
- sometimes people can't clean up after themselves in the kitchen
