Hobson is apart of HMS. The only dorm on campus without laundry and a kitchen on every floor. Everything is constantly in need of repair. The windows aren't sealed and you cannot control the heating/cooling, so it is always either too hot or too cold. Bugs also are EVERYWHERE. My room in particular ...
